Employees Provident Fund and Pension Scheme:
All regular employees of the company are covered under Employees' Provident Fund scheme as per statutory provisions.
Employees State Insurance:
All employees whose Gross Salary (Basic + HRA + Conveyance Allowance) is less than or equal to Rs. 10000/- per month will be covered by ESI compulsorily where ESI benefit is provided by the Government and he/she will remain covered, till the stay is in the area where ESI is applicable.
Group Personal Accident Policy:
All employees are covered under the Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy, which provides coverage only for self for a sum insured amount equivalent to 30 months salary (Basic+ HRA) which will be effective after one month of the date of joining.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is paid on cessation to permanent staff, which has completed 5 years of service as per Gratuity Act.
Leave Earned:
Leave Earned is applicable to all regular employees working in the organization. Total 15 leaves can be earned in a year. The Leaves Earned can be accumulated for 3 years only.
Leave Casual & Medical:
6 days of Casual and 6 days of Medical leaves in a year (April to March) are allowed for all employees in regular category.
Holidays:
The Company declares 7 Holidays in a year, which are declared at start of calendar year.
Bonus:
Annual bonus is paid as per statutory norms based on basic paid in a year to all its employees.
Transfer Policy:
Working at GIR may require re-location to any branch/location or any unit of the company anywhere in India or abroad, at the sole discretion of the management. Transfer benefits / expense re-imbursement is as per HR policy of GIR.
